Son Of Ex-Super Eagles Winger Reaches 25 Goals For The Season In England
Published: January 24, 2018
Nigerian hotshot, Jordan Chiedozie tallied his 19th and 20th league goals for Margate as beat Thurrock FC 2-0 in the Isthmian League Premier Division on Tuesday evening.
With his latest endeavour, the 23-year old striker who had been in fine fettle for the non-league outfit has dispatched a combined 25 goals in all competition this term, an astonishing feat for a youngster who only joined the Kent-based side in August last year.
His first of the evening was a fantastic strike from the right side of the area which fizzled into the top left hand corner of the net at the cusp of half time.
And he would then round off the brilliant outing with a textbook header 19 minutes from time as Margate moved into fourth in the league pile.
Born to former Super Eagles winger, John Chiedozie, the Bournemouth product could soon follow in his father's lead and turn out for the national team in no distant time if he continues on his exploits, or better still a bigger club might come calling.
