Agent Of Leicester City Nigerian Striker : Most Likely He'll Join CSKA Moscow
Published: January 25, 2018
Tony Harris, who handles the affairs of Ahmed Musa, believes his client will be loaned out to CSKA Moscow before the transfer window closes for business.
The Nigeria international represented the Muscovites from 2012-2016, and was credited with 54 goals in 168 matches before he transferred to the Foxes in the summer of 2016.
''Negotiations with Leicester continue and go in a positive light. Most likely, Ahmed will go on loan to CSKA in this transfer window. The chances for this are very high,'' Harris told championat.com.
With the World Cup approaching, Musa wants to join a club where he's guaranteed first-team match experience, which he's presently not getting at the Foxes, with Jamie Vardy, Okazaki, Slimani and Iheanacho ahead of him in the pecking order of strikers.
The former Kano Pillars star is keeping up his match fitness by playing some games for Leicester City's U23 squad.
He has a contract with Leicester City until June 30, 2020.
