Official: Malaga Snap Up Super Eagles Striker On Loan From Watford
Published: January 31, 2018
With a revelation on their official Twitter handle, Spanish side, Malaga have announced the capture of Super Eagles striker, Isaac Success from Watford on a loan deal till the end of the season.
The 22-year old attacker has played a bit-part role for The Hornets so far this campaign, no thanks to recurring injuries and lack of favour on his side with Troy Deeney, Andre Gray and Richarlison all ahead of him in the pecking order.
He would now be looking to provide major firepower for the misfiring Boquerones who are bottom of the Spanish La liga, having mustered just 14 goals from 21 games.
He joins compatriot, Brown Ideye who had earlier joined the La Rosaleda as they look to steer the club to safety.
He is the third Super Eagles player to move to Spain in search of regular game time this window following the move of the said Ideye and Oghenekaro Etebo's transfer to UD Las Palmas.
The U17 World Cup winner has earlier had a spell with Granada in Spain between 2014-2016 prior to his switch to Watford.
