Victor Moses, Three Other Nigerians Leave With Nothing At Chelsea Annual Awards

Four Nigerian players in the ranks of Chelsea received no accolades at Chelsea's End of Season Awards that took place at Olympia in Kensington on Thursday night.
Nigeria international Victor Moses represents the first team of the former Premier League champions, while Tariq Uwakwe, Faustino Anjorin and Tushaun Walters played for the U18s.
The loanees Tammy Abraham, Kenneth Omeruo, Ike Ugbo, Ola Aina and Fikayo Tomori were not in contention for any of the prizes.
For the second successive year, the Academy Player of the Year previously won by Dominic Solanke and Fikayo Tomori was not presented to a Nigerian starlet, with Reece James claiming the honour.
The Young Player of the Year, which was won by Super Eagles captain John Obi Mikel in his first season in England, went to the outstanding 22-year-old Danish defender Andreas Christensen.
France international N'Golo Kanté was rewarded with the main award, Player of the Year, while Willian received the Players' Player of the Year as voted by his teammates.
