Nigeria Call Up Arsenal, Man City & Roma Loanees, 20 Others For Atletico Madrid Friendly

The Nigerian Federation have invited 23 players for the Super Eagles friendly against La Liga outfit Atletico Madrid at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo on Tuesday, May 22.
Arsenal loanee Kelechi Nwakali has finally earned recognition after receiving a maiden call-up to Nigeria's senior team and will compete with his brother, Manchester City loanee Chidiebere, for one of the spots in midfield.
Other foreign based professionals called up to the squad are former Nigeria U17 captain Musa Mohammed, Roma loanee Sadiq Umar, Kasimpasa's Emem Eduok, Austria Vienna striker Alhassan Ibrahim and ex-Barcelona trialist Usman Mohammed.

forward Isiaka Oladuntoye, FC IfeanyiUbah defender Adeleye Olamilekan
and Lobi Stars’ duo of Olufemi Kayode and Ebube Duru are among the stars in the Nigerian Professional Football League invited.
The invited players are expected to arrive at the Bolton White Apartments Hotel, Abuja on Friday, 18th May before the squad moves to Uyo at the weekend.
