Man City Old Boy Iheanacho Warns Man Utd : I Can Score At Old Trafford Again
Published: August 10, 2018The English Premier League is back with Manchester United hosting Leicester City at Old Trafford on Friday evening.
In the lead up to the meeting against The Red Devils, The Foxes most in-form striker Kelechi Iheanacho has revealed that he is capable of scoring against their opponents just as he did during the 2016-2017 season in Man City's 2-1 win against their city rivals.
''I think everyone is looking forward to that game. Coming from Man City
to Leicester and playing against Man United I think the City fans are
going to support us in that game,'' Iheanacho was quoted as saying by Mirror UK.
''I scored against United in the derby so it was a good experience and I am looking forward to hopefully doing it again.''
With Jamie Vardy missing most part of the pre-season preparations, Iheanacho will fancy his chances of being named in the starting line-up on the back of his excellent form in pre-season that saw him score four times in three games.
''If I am chosen for the game against United I have to keep my goal-scoring record and work hard for the team.
''I would like to be part of it and am looking forward to it. I think it is going to be a big season for the whole team and we are in good shape now,'' the Foxes number eight added.

Iheanacho has been directly involved in 41 goals (29 goals, 12 assists) in 92 matches since moving to England in 2015.
