Juventus Nigerian Striker Linked With Move To Portuguese Club Leixoes
Published: August 16, 2018Italian-Nigerian striker King Udoh has been linked with a transfer to Portuguese club Leixoes before the end of this month.
Tuttomercatoweb.com claims that the 20-year-old has already agreed terms with the Ledman LigaPro side and suggested that only an official announcement is remaining.
Luxembourg National Division club Union Titus Pétange and Ukrainian outfit Zorya Luhansk were both credited with an interest in signing the young forward this summer but nothing came out of it.
Udoh arrived Juventus in 2011 and has yet to make his competitive debut for the first team in his seven years with the club.
Back in the day, he had been rated as one of the most promising Nigerian youngsters to watch out for after starring in the UEFA Youth League but has not lived up to his billing and has been loaned out to Virtus Lanciano, Pontedera, Fernana and Fano in recent seasons.
King Udoh was born in Reggio Emilia, Italy and started his career with Reggiana.
