Allnigeriasoccer.com understands that William Troost-Ekong is amongst the first invited players to join the Super Eagles at their get-together in Uyo ahead of Saturday's 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Libya.

The Udinese defender was sighted at the Akwa Ibom airport on Monday morning and flew in from the nation's capital, Abuja.

Based on his appearances for his Italian Serie A club, it is a foregone conclusion that the Akwa Ibom native will be one of the first names in the starting line-up to face the Mediterranean Knights.
