We start off at the CASA Arena Horsen, it finished 3-1 Midtjylland against AC Horsens, with two Nigerian attack-minded players opening and closing the scoring.

Wing wizard Rilwan Hassan netted his second goal of the season in the Danish Superliga in the 12th minute, assisted by Paul Onuachu, who later made sure the three points were in the bag with his fourth goal in five matches in the 90th minute.

In the Turkish Superlig, Super Eagles hopeful Anthony Nwakaeme ended a seven-game goal drought in all competitions as Trabzonspor were held to a 2-2 draw by Besiktas in Istanbul.

The former Hapoel Beer Sheva man made it 2-0 a minute after the restart with Onazi providing the assist.

A division lower, ex-Flying Eagles star Chukwuma Akabueze, otherwise known as Bentley, saved Boluspor from defeat after scoring their equaliser with a header in the 32nd minute in a 1-1 draw vs Altinordu at the Bolu Ataturk Stadyumu (Bolu).

Finally, Karim Onisiwo's 38th minute goal was only a consolation for Mainz after they were hammered 4-1 by RB Leipzig on game week 15 in the German Bundesliga.
