Lazio Have Not Given Up Their Pursuit Of Liverpool Winger Adekanye
Italian Serie A club Lazio are still interested in signing Liverpool starlet Bobby Adekanye in the summer transfer window.

As reported by Lalaziosiamonoi via the press review of Radiosei, Lazio hope to sign the Ibadan-born winger but it will not be easy to pull off the deal as so many foreign clubs are monitoring his situation.

Adekanye joined Liverpool from Barcelona in the summer of 2015 but has yet to debut for the first team in more than three and a half years at Anfield, with the likes of Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Xherdan Shaqiri ahead of him in Jurgen Klopp's pecking order of wingers.

And it is because of his lack of first-team opportunities he's stuck in a contract standoff with The Reds, refusing to sign a new deal with his current agreement set to run out in the next three months.

If Lazio manage to pull off the deal to sign Adekanye, he would be integrated into their first  team and take up the left-wing spot currently occupied by Pedro Neto.

In January, the Biancocelesti denied the existence of any agreement to sign Adekanye as a free agent in July.
