Arsenal U23s thrashed Leicester City 3-0 in their final competitive game of the 2018-2019 campaign - a Premier League 2 clash staged at the Emirates Stadium on Friday evening - with two players of Nigerian descent putting up eye-catching performances.
The game had ended as a contest inside the opening ten minutes, with the Londoners three goals to the good.
Goalkeeper Arthur Okonkwo continues to impress ahead of next season, posting his third shutout in four matches against The Foxes.
Arsenal started brightly and scored an early goal from the spot in the third minute after Bukayo Saka was brought down in the area by goalkeeper Johansson.
The England U19 star helped the Gunners double their lead when he unselfishly passed the ball to John-Jules to score in the fourth minute.
Saka then got in on the act, finding the bottom corner with a brilliant finish to make it 3-0 in the 9th minute.
Xavier Amaechi for Arsenal and Leicester City's Layton Ndukwu went the distance for their respective teams, while defender Tobi Omole was an unused substitute.
