Alex Iwobi made his full debut for Everton in their ongoing Carabao Cup second round clash against Lincoln City at the Sincil Bank Stadium in Lincolnshire.
The Nigeria international is one of four players handed full debuts by manager Marco Silva, the others being Moise Kean, Fabian Delph and Djibril Sidibe.
Iwobi started on the left side of attacking midfield and he is partnered by Gylfi Sigurdsson through the middle and Richarlison on the right.
The 23-year-old joined the Toffees on deadline day, penning a five-year deal until the summer of 2024 and made his first appearance for his new employer off the bench against Aston Villa last Friday.
There is no place in the Everton squad for Dennis Adeniran who joined the club two years ago from Fulham, while John Akinde will play as Lincoln City's main striker.
