Will Chelsea-Owned Winger Moses Stay At Fenerbahce Next Season?
Published: September 11, 2019According to Goal.com, Turkish Super Lig side Fenerbahce are unlikely to sign Victor Moses on a permanent deal when his loan deal expires next season.
It is claimed that it is difficult to acquire the former Nigeria international because of his high wages coupled with his transfer fee.
If the Yellow Canaries fail to have a positive transfer balance, they could be prevented from signing new players, including Moses, for breaching their Financial Fair Play (FFP) agreement.
The 2013 Africa Cup of Nations winner is the top earner at Fenerbahce with guaranteed wages of at least 3.2 million euros for the 2019-2020 season.
Moses comes off contract with Chelsea in June 2021 and the Blues will be looking to sell him with a view of recouping some of their investment in the right winger or they may offer him new deal in the coming months.
Since the 28-year-old arrived Fenerbahce in the January transfer window, he has hit the back of the net five times in 17 appearances and provided two assists.
