Super Eagles Striker May Leave Monaco As Club Is Planning To Sell 30 Players This Summer
Monaco Executive Vice-President Oleg Petrov is planning to sell thirty players in the upcoming transfer window, according to reports.

Foot Mercato claims that the Principality outfit which has the second largest payroll in Ligue 1 behind PSG want to part company with several players because they are not competing in Europe.

One of the players being tipped for the exit door is Henry Onyekuru, who is spending the second half of the season on loan at Galatasaray.

It is feared that the Nigeria international will not command a huge transfer fee because he has not really impressed since joining Monaco from Everton last summer.

The 22-year-old, who has a contract with Monaco until June 30, 2024, has been linked with a permanent switch to Olympiakos in recent days while Galatasaray want his loan deal extended until the end of next season.

He struggled for game time prior to his loan move to the Turkish champions, making only four appearances in the Ligue 1 and logging 160 minutes.

With a performance index of 1.43, Monaco were ranked ninth in the cancelled 2019-2020 season.
