Published: May 29, 2020Tottenham Hotspur-owned defender Timothy Eyoma will return to his parent club at the end of the 2019-2020 season, Lincoln City have officially informed through their website.
The 2017 U17 World Cup winner was loaned out to Lincoln City on January 30, 2020 to get a taste of first team football.
Prior to the suspension of football activities in England, the Tottenham Hotspur U23 captain was yet to play a single game for the Imps, though he was an unused substitute against Southend United and Gillingham FC in the League One.
Before heading to Lincoln City, Eyoma represented Spurs youth teams in the Premier League 2, UEFA Youth League and EFL Trophy.
Two Nigerian youngsters Jordan Adebayo-Smith and Tayo Edun are among the thirteen players retained by Lincoln City for the 2020-2021 season.
While the 19-year-old Adebayo-Smith was included in Lincoln City's matchday 18 five times this season, ex-Fulham starlet Edun, 22, has appeared in six matches since joining the club in the January transfer window.
