Manchester United To Finalise Fees For Nigerian Agent Before Making Official Bid For Sancho
Published: September 03, 2020
Manchester United are reportedly set to finalise the agency fees and salary of Jadon Sancho's Nigerian agent before launching an official bid for the Borussia Dortmund winger.
The online edition of Daily Mail has reported that the Old Trafford outfit continue to chase their top transfer target for the summer but have to sort out the salary and fees of Emeka Obasi before presenting an official offer to Dortmund.
The Nigerian also handles the affairs of a number of stars in the Premier League including Bukayo Saka and Alex Iwobi.
However, his fee could be a sticking point in any potential deal for Sancho, as Obasi had earlier demanded United's rivals Chelsea to pay an agency commission of 50 million euros to him for the transfer of his client, a figure deemed rather too exorbitant.

The 20-year-old Sancho is valued at £108 million by Borussia Dortmund, and the Bundesliga club are not prepared to budge on the valuation of their most prized asset.
Last year, Obasi successfully defended himself when he was
investigated by the English Football Association over allegations that
he was paid 200,000 pounds for Sancho's transfer to Manchester City from
Watford in 2014.
