2020-21 Season: QPR Confirm Squad Numbers For Five Nigeria-Eligible Youngsters

Five Nigeria-eligible youngsters have been assigned squad numbers by Queens Park Rangers ahead of their first competitive game of the new season against Plymouth Argyle.
According to the the official website of the Hoops, Bright Osayi-Samuel, Luke Amos, Olamide Shodipo, Aramide Oteh and Ody Alfa were among the players handed squad numbers.
Osayi-Samuel has moved from number 20 to number 11, the first time in his professional career he will be wearing the number having played with the numbers 21 and 43 at his previous club Blackpool.
Amos, who joined QPR on a permanent deal from Tottenham Hotspur this summer, has retained the number 8 he wore during his loan spell at the Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium last term.
Attack-minded duo Olamide Shodipo and Aramide Oteh will continue to wear the number 17 and 18 respectively, while Alfa has been assigned number 34.
With the exception of Alfa, all the four remaining players have played for Queens Park Rangers in the EFL Championship.
Meanwhile, Eberechi Eze's number 10 jersey has been handed to Ilias Chair following the playmaker's transfer to Crystal Palace.
