Super Eagles playmaker Iwobi in the running for Everton's Player of the Season award

Super Eagles playmaker Alex Iwobi is in the running for Everton Men's Player of the Season award, the official website of the Toffees has informed.
Iwobi and seventeen other first team players have been nominated for the yearly accolade.
Joining Iwobi on the long list of players nominated are Jordan Pickford, Robin Olsen, Mason Holgate, Michael Keane, Lucas Digne, Yerry Mina, Ben Godfrey, Seamus Coleman, Allan and Gylfi Sigurðsson.
Abdoulaye Doucoure, Andre Gomes, Tom Davies, Richarlison, Domnic Calvert-Lewin, James Rodriguez and Bernard complete the list of players nominated.
Every current Everton player who has made at least ten appearances this season is eligible to be included in the nominees for the Men's Player of the Season category.
In the current season, Iwobi has appeared in 32 matches across all competition, scoring two goals and providing three assists in 1, 698 minutes of action.
Brazilian striker Richarlison was named Everton's Player of the Season for the 2019-20 campaign.
