Leicester 1 Man City 0: Super-sub Iheanacho nets late winner; Ndidi stars; 18-year-old Edozie debuts

Leicester City have taken the Community Shield back to the King Power after beating Premier League champions Manchester City 1-0 at Wembley Stadium on Saturday evening.
Manager Pep Guardiola handed 18-year-old winger of Nigerian descent Samuel Edozie his competitive debut, naming him in the starting lineup in recognition of his fine performances in pre-season that saw him score in three consecutive matches.
Nigeria international Wilfred Ndidi put in a solid ninety-minute shift for the Foxes and Kelechi Iheanacho, well known to Manchester City fans, entered the fray in the 79th minute, coming on for Harvey Barnes.
Vardy had the best chance to break the deadlock in the opening 45 minutes but saw his effort tipped onto the post by Manchester City's American goalkeeper Zack Steffen.
There was a scare for the Foxes two minutes into the second half as Edozie sent in a cross which drifted wide of the far post.
The England youth international gave way for Manchester City's most expensive acquisition in history, Jack Grealish in the 65th minute.
The referee pointed to the spot in the 88th minute after Iheanacho was brought down by Nathan Ake.
The Super Eagles striker made no mistake from twelve yards, netting the winning goal for the Foxes.
