Which team would be Aribo's best choice between Aston Villa, Crystal Palace and Brentford?

Glasgow Rangers midfielder Joe Aribo has been the subject of transfer interest from Premier League clubs including Crystal Palace, Brentford and Aston Villa.

The silky Nigeria midfielder has just a year left on his existing contract and is yet to confirm talks with the club over an extension or even a desire to remain with the Light Blues.

However, if a move to the aforementioned EPL clubs is on the cards, allnigeriasoccer.com takes a look at the tactical philosophy of those teams before recommending a move for the Super Eagles star.

Style of play: A roamer. Aribo struts around the pitch with the aim to control the flow in between the lines.

A line-breaking passer, Aribo has long strides and fairly quick feet which makes it easier for him to gallop forward and sort out his footwork to blast angled shots or make attacking passes.

Crystal Palace: Patrick Vieira's team are one of the most flexible teams in the EPL. Switches between a 3-5-2, 4-2-3-1, 4-4-2, and 4-5-1 have been the norm at Selhurst Park since the Arsenal legend came in.

Chelsea midfielder Connor Gallagher was the standout player for Vieira with his pressing efficiency and quality on the ball.

Brentford: Thomas Frank's team utilises a high-press effectively. A 4-1-4-1 is the preferred formation but it changes from time to time.

Ivan Toney is the focal point of this formation but he also serves as a creative hub through which the attack flows.

Aston Villa: Steven Gerrard's side is usually set-up in a low-block but is one of the most dangerous teams when in transition.

The signing of Philippe Coutinho has further aided their efficiency in transition and players like Mcginn, Ings, Watkins and Jacob Ramsey are excellent attacking options and may limit Aribo's pitch time.

The ex-Rangers manager is a faithful disciple of the 4-2-3-1 but does not play a possession-based game.

Allnigeriasoccer.com recommends :  A move to Crystal Palace due to the tactical variation Patrick Vieira employs.

His rotation between a pivot midfield and a roaming player will give Aribo the chance to make his stamp in different set-ups.

The departure of Gallagher to his parent club is also an added advantage to the Nigerian.
