Chelsea's Nigeria-eligible midfielder wanted by Coventry, Huddersfield, Norwich and QPR
Published: July 18, 2022Chelsea's England U20 international of Nigerian descent Faustino Anjorin is reportedly drawing interest from Championship clubs this summer.
The Chelsea Academy product was frozen out of the squad as the Blues beat Club America 2-1 in their first pre-season fixture on Sunday morning - a potential red flag that he is not in the plans of manager Thomas Tuchel for the 2022-2023 campaign.
Football.London's Chief Chelsea correspondent Adam Newson, who is currently in the United States to cover Chelsea's training camp, has informed that Anjorin is finalizing a loan move away from Stamford Bridge.
Coventry City, Huddersfield Town, Norwich City and Queens Park Rangers are all keen on the attacking midfielder.

Another loan move by Anjorin would be beneficial to him as he would be guaranteed more playing time at a Championship club, rather playing Premier League 2 football for Chelsea's development squad next season.
The 20-year-old is battling more experienced players such as Christian Pulisic, Ross Barkley, Mason Mount, Callum Hudson-Odoi, Hakim Ziyech and Kai Havertz for a starting place at Chelsea.
Anjorin was loaned out to Lokomotiv Moscow for the first half of last season and spent the remainder of the campaign at Huddersfield Town, playing seventeen games combined for both teams and was on target twice.
