The friendly was held in tribute to Eric Asiedu, the much-loved Chelsea academy kit man, who sadly passed away last month.
The 17-year-old Flower was also on target in Chelsea U18s 3-0 win over Bournemouth last week.
Chelsea U18s travel to Germany on Thursday to take part in the eight-team Walter Bensemann Memorial Tournament.
Bologna, KS Cracovia, Maccabi Tel-Aviv, Nürnberg, Karlsruhe, Eintracht Frankfurt and Bayern Munich are the other European clubs competing in the tournament.
Flower, who joined Chelsea at U13 level from Cambridge United, signed his first professional contract last October.
