The report also states that documents for the transfer are to be signed in the next 24 to 48 hours.

Reims sold French sensational youngster Hugo Ekitike to Paris Saint-Germain a few weeks ago and Balogun has been identified to help ease the goalscoring burden.
Balogun spent the second half of last season on loan at Middlesbrough where he appeared in 21 games across all competitions, contributing to a combined six goals of which three were his and three assists.
However, on his return to Arsenal, the signing of Brazilian striker Gabriel Jesus and the extension of Eddie Nketiah's contract by the club further diminishes his chances of featuring consistently in the starting line-up.
Balogun signed a new four-year contract with the Gunners in 2021 and has a total of ten games for the first team under his belt.
