Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen is interested in moving to Premier League giants Manchester United in the summer transfer window.
According to Radio Punto Nuovo via Get Italian Football News, Cristiano Ronaldo's agent, Jorge Mendes has offered the Portuguese to Napoli, promising to help the Naples based club sell Osimhen in return.
Should the 23-year-old Nigerian international switch to the Theater of Dreams, his wages would significantly increase.
There are also talks of a potential swap deal involving the former Wolfsburg youngster and Cristiano Ronaldo.
The five-time Ballon d'Or winner reportedly wants to leave Manchester United following their inability to secure a spot in the UEFA Champions League.
The deal seems unlikely to happen due to the high demands by Napoli for Osimhen.
The Lagos-born forward joined Napoli in 2020 from Ligue 1's Lille OSC for 70 million euros plus another 10 million in bonuses.
Osimhen has scored two goals and assisted one in two Serie A games this season.
Overall, he has made 64 appearances, registering 30 goals and ten assists for The Parthenopeans.
