The Moroccan's time at Chelsea hasn't been a favorable one for him due to recurring injuries and lack of adequate game time.
With the arrival of Raheem Sterling, he has now fallen once more down the pecking order.
He joined the Blues from Ajax in the summer of 2020 for 40 million euros and has appeared in 84 games, scoring 14 and assisting 10 for the Premier League side.
Before leaving the Amsterdam based club, he was involved in 165 games, scoring 49 goals and assisting 81.
He also won the KNVB Cup, Dutch Super Cup and the Eredivisie title during his four-year stint with the Sons of the Gods.
