'The best RB in England' - Chelsea's Nigerian fans react to new deal signed by talented defender
Published: September 05, 2022Through their official website, Chelsea announced today that talented England international Reece James has extended his contract with the club.
The new deal sees James stay at Stamford Bridge up until 2028.
James has gone on to become one of the best fullbacks in the round leather game, and that has prompted top European clubs to show interest in him.
In Nigeria Chelsea are a household name with large number of followers and supporters.
Nigerians like John Mikel Obi, Victor Moses and Celestine Babayaro who have previously played for the Blues, are one of the reasons why Chelsea have a large fan base in the West African nation.
