It was a memorable evening for Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford as he inspired the Three Lions of England to victory over Wales.
Rashford bagged a brace as Gareth Southgate's men sealed their progression to the knockout rounds of the 2022 FIFA World Cup holding in Qatar as group winners.
England thrashed their neighbors Wales 3-0 in a Group B matchday three encounter played at the Ahmed bin Ali Stadium in Al Rayyan on Tuesday.
Goals from Rashford and Phil Foden were enough to ensure an emphatic victory for the Three Lions.
England will go on to face Senegal in the Round of 16, having topped Group B while Senegal finished second in Group A.
Rashford earned the praises and attention of football fans in Nigeria following his double that dumped Wales out of the 2022 World Cup.
