Chelsea winger reveals Chukwuemeka has been supportive after his summer arrival from Arsenal

Young Chelsea winger Omari Hutchinson has revealed that Carney Chukwuemeka has been supportive following his summer arrival from Arsenal.

The two teenagers are currently with the Chelsea first team in Abu Dhabi preparing for the restart of the Premier League and are in contention to be involved in some capacity in Sunday's friendly against Aston Villa.

Hutchinson rubbed shoulders with Chelsea's first team stars before the World Cup break, with manager Graham Potter naming him in three matchday squads, against Brighton & Hove, Newcastle United and Manchester City.

Chelsea owner Todd Boehly, together with the Board, are building a team of talents for the future, bringing in exciting young players Chukwuemeka, Hutchinson, Cesare Casadei, Gabriel Slonina, Tyler Dibling and Zak Sturge in the summer transfer window.

Speaking to Chelsea's official website earlier in the week, Hutchinson said : "I'm looking forward to getting advice from the older players, the more experienced ones.

"The boys who are in the World Cup helped me before they went away as well.

"I've been getting on with Reece James a lot. Carney Chukwuemeka and I get on well, Trevoh Chalobah too. All of the boys really."

Chukwuemeka has returned to fitness after recovering from a hamstring issue which sidelined him for more than one month.
