'Completely priceless' - Bayern Munich honorary president admits Osimhen is unaffordable
Published: June 03, 2023
Bayern Munich honorary president Uli Hoeneß has revealed that a deal for Napoli and Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen will be difficult for the Bundesliga champions.
Bayern Munich are one of the teams linked with Osimhen after catching the eye at Napoli this season.
The Bavarians are in the market for a new striker and have identified the Super Eagles striker as a potential target.
The Napoli forward has been one of the leading strikers in Europe this season, plundering 30 goals in all competitions for the Serie A champions.
He was crowned the Serie A Striker of the Year yesterday, which is a testament to his proficiency in front of goal this season.
"I would also like Victor Osimhen from Naples - but in my opinion he is completely priceless," Hoeneß told Süddeutsche Zeitung, via Sport1.
The record Bundesliga Champions have also identified Eintracht Frankfurt striker, Randal Kolo Muani as a target due to the difficulty of acquiring the services of Osimhen.
Osimhen is also a subject of interest from Manchester United, Chelsea and Ligue 1 champions PSG
