Transfer guru Romano provides update on the future of Tosin at Fulham
Published: June 15, 2023
Tosin Adarabioyo could end his stay with Fulham this summer after talks over a new deal collapsed.
According to transfer Guru Fabrizio Romano, who tweeted on Thursday afternoon, Fulham are ready to offload the English-born defender after he failed to reach an agreement with the club over a new deal.
Adarabioyo joined the Cottagers in October 2020 after an 17-year stay at Manchester City and penned down a 3-year deal with an option to extend for a further year.
With Fulham triggering his extension clause in January the 25-year-old has one year left on his contract and that explains why they are open to selling him this summer
He made his Premier League debut for the London-based side in their 1-1 draw with Sheffield United and has gone on to be one the first names on the team sheet since then.
The Manchester City-reared defender has featured 107 times for Fulham scoring 3 goals, one in the Premier League and the other two in the Championship.
He has featured for England's youth teams but is yet to be capped by the Three Lions which still makes him eligible to play for the Super Eagles through his parents.
He has been linked with clubs based in Italy and France.
