'I do think that' - Pundit reckons Chelsea, Man City target Olise will depart Crystal Palace

Daily Express football reporter Ryan Taylor believes Crystal Palace winger Michael Olise will depart the club this summer.
The 21-year-old has been linked with Premier League giants Manchester City and Chelsea following his brilliant performances last season for the Eagles.
Olise recorded 13 goal contributions in the Premier League which was only bettered by English International with Nigeria background Eberechi Eze who had 14.
While both Chelsea and Manchester City are interested in the Super Eagles-eligible forward, it is the former that has stepped up their interest in the right winger.
The Blues need him to bolster their attack, especially following the injury to Christopher Nkunku while the Citizens see him as a perfect replacement for the departed Riyad Mahrez
While it has been reported that he has a 35 million pounds release clause, there are doubts as to whether it still exists in his contract.
Taylor is unsure of whether the said release clause has been expunged from the contract but believes that the 21-year-old will leave Selhurst Park this summer.
"I do think that. I still don't have clarity on the supposed release clause," Taylor said to
"From what I'm told, there is a chance that the release clause has been removed, and there's still a mechanism in place, similar to Alexis Mac Allister, where if a club pays X amount, they probably could get a deal. Also, the figure isn't too high.
"So, I do see that as a big threat for Palace and Olise has been so good for them. So, I do think that is a move that could very much materialise" he told Givemesport.
Since moving to the London-based club from Reading in 2021, he has posted 6 goals and 19 assists in 71 appearances across all competitions.
