Anglo-Nigerian midfielder Ethan Nwani trained with Arsenal's first team ahead of their UEFA Champions League encounter with Lens tomorrow at the Emirates Stadium in London.
According to Arsenal youth expert Jeorge Bird, the 16-year-old midfielder alongside Myles Lewis-Skelly and James Hillson were spotted in training with the senior side.
Nwaneri has just returned from the FIFA U17 World Cup where he featured for England in fourl matches and registered 2 goal involvements before they were knocked out by Uzbekistan in the round of 16.
Nwaneri started the season brilliantly but an undisclosed injury affected his rhythm before he left for the FIFA U17 World Cup.
He has made 6 appearances across all competitions for Arsenal's youth sides this campaign and has seven goal contributions.
Nwaneri is yet to feature for the senior side since his historic debut against Brentford in the Premier League last season and will be hoping he gets named in the squad for the tie against the French outfit.
Arsenal sit atop their group standings and a win over Lens tomorrow will confirm their place in the round of 16.
Nwaneri could also feature for the U19s in their dead rubber game against Lens youth side in the UEFA Youth League.
