Montpellier center forward Akor Adams is attracting interest from two Premier League clubs ahead of the reopening of the transfer window.
Football Insider has claimed that Adams who is interesting West Ham United and Fulham could leave Montpellier in January for a fee of around £15-20million (approximately N15.7-20.9billion in Nigerian currency).
It has been suggested that the Hammers are targeting a move for the former Nigeria U20 international as cover for Michail Antonio who has been dealing with a knee injury since the end of the international break in November.
Fulham have identified the former Lillestrom man as a potential signing to fill the void created by Aleksandar Mitrovic, who departed for Saudi Pro League side Al-Hilal in the summer transfer window.
West Ham United and Fulham have extensively scouted Adams with a view to launching an official bid for his services.
Montpellier signed Adams from Lillestrom for a fee of 4.5 million euros in the summer transfer window as a replacement for Elye Wahi, and an interested club would have to make a substantial offer to tempt La Paillade to part company with their number 8 six months into his contract.
Adams has scored 7 goals in seventeen appearances in the French top-flight, bettered only by Paris Saint Germain's Kylian Mbappe and Monaco's Wissam Ben Yedder who are on 18 and 8 goals respectively for the season.
