Exclusive: ABS (Bukola Babes) Block ABDULRAHMAN BASHIR's Move To Sporting Charleroi
Published: August 12, 2012
Abdulrahman Bashir's trials with Sporting Charleroi has not led to the offer of a contract, after talks stalled between ABS (Bukola Babes) and officials of the Belgian club on a loan deal for the striker, Belgian - Nigerian agent Klay Ekeocha who brokered the player's tests in Belgium has exclusively revealed to allnigeriasoccer.com.
''Bashir did well at trials and scored in the 2 - 0 win exhibition match against FC Charleroi. The loan deal offered by Charleroi wasn't enough to please ABS, so Bashir will travel back to Nigeria early this week, on Monday morning,'' Ekeocha, an agent licensed by the Burkina Faso Federation told allnigeriasoccer.com.
Bashir is the top goalscorer for ABS this season, netting 12 goals in the competitive Nigeria Premier League.
