FC Midtjylland Izunna Uzochukwu has not broken bones after Jonas Kampers' tackle, so the defensive midfielder may be back in action towards the end of the week.
FCM faced Randers in the 12th round of matches in the Superliga, and towards the end of the match Jonas Kamper tackled FCM's Izunna Uzochukwu hard. Earlier, it was feared that Uzochukwu would spend some time on the sidelines.
Izunna Uzochukwu has had an X-ray image which shows that there is no breakage of the fibula. However, the midfielder had a muscle injury caused by the pressure of tackling.
The club medics are doing everything possible to return the former FC Ebedei talent to shape. And if his treatment goes according to plan, he could play this Sunday's game against OB Odense.
