Manager STEVE BRUCE Heaps Praises On SONE ALUKO

Manager Steve Bruce has heaped praises on his Nigerian forward, Sone Aluko, who netted his fifth goal of the season against Barnsley in the 14th round of matches in the Championship.

Bruce told Sky Sports: ''Aluko is a good player and was a delight to work with when he was 16.

"Perhaps it has taken him time to develop and time to grow, but he's a naturally gifted footballer who has been great for us so far and could perform at the highest level.''

Though Hull sit fifth on the table with 25 points, only three points separate them from log leaders Cardiff City.
