Official: Toto Tamuz Inks Two - Year Deal With FC Ural
Published: July 30, 2013Israel international Toto Tamuz, who has Nigerian blood flowing in his veins, has signed a two - year contract with Russian Premier League newcomers FC Ural Sverdlovsk Oblast.
The 25 - year - old striker joins FC Ural as a free agent after choosing not to renew his contract with Hapoel Tel Aviv, for whom he scored 10 goals in 26 matches last term.
'' This is a dream come true for me. I'm glad for the opportunity to prove myself in Europe and I thank everyone.
'' I need to start working to help the team to its targets. The cold in Russia will not stop me from succeeding.,'' Tamuz told one.co.il.
Tamuz, who has 10 caps for the national team of Israel , previously represented Beitar Jerusalem and Hapoel Tel Aviv.
