Ejike Uzoenyi Dedicates Brace, Man Of The Match Award To Son

Ejike Uzoenyi has expressed his delight at scoring a brace for the Super Eagles in their 3 - 1 defeat of hosts South Africa on Sunday in the final group game of the ongoing African Nations Championship.
The 25 - year - old opened the scoring in the 21st minute and completed his brace in the 64th minute.
For the second consecutive game, the Enugu Rangers vice - captain was awarded the Man of the Match award for his imperious display.
“It was a good game. I think we are getting better and better as the tournament progresses.
“I am so happy to be named best player again, all glory to God. I dedicate this to my son who is four years old today (Sunday).
“ I am so happy we are still in this competition but we still need to work harder because the quarter finals will not be easy.
“Thank God for the qualification,” an elated Ejike Uzoenyi told allnigeriasoccer.com.
Ejike Uzoenyi was in the Nigeria roster which won the African Nations Cup in South Africa last February, making an appearance in the semi -finals against Mali.
