Valentine Okechukwu Omeje, the CEO of Oak Zeel has declared that manager Stephen Keshi should invite Chibuzor Okonkwo to the National Team.
Chibuzor Okonkwo, 25, is enjoying a new lease of life in Libya with Alswehly FC contrary to his indifferent form for his past club Enugu Rangers.
“I am praying that Chibuzor Okonkwo gets called up to the national team. The Libyan championship is good and he is the best foreign player in Libya.
“If he can win that award, it shows he is in an excellent shape to play for the Eagles.
“The club he is playing for built the team around him . He can play in different positions - play-maker, right full back and defensive midfielder,” says Valentine Omeje to allnigeriasoccer.com.
Chibuzor Okonkwo has not played for the African champions for the past two - and - a - half years, with his last game coming against Argentina in 2011.
