Official : Toto Tamuz Pens Two - And - A - Half Year Deal With Petrolul Ploiesti
Published: February 14, 2014Per a statement on its official webpage, Romanian Liga 1 side Petrolul Ploieşti has announced that it has signed Toto Tamuz until the summer of 2016.
The Israeli - Nigerian attacker arrives Petrolul Ploieşti as a free agent after terminating his contract with FC Ural last month.
“We chose Petrolul because it was the only team from League that I really wanted.
“I am happy that I have the opportunity to play in front of the beautiful public in Romania,”Tamuz told the official website.
“Although I joined mid - season, I want to compete for the title of top scorer. I came to give everything for my new team to win the championship and to make fans happy. ”
The 25 - year - old has been handed the number 99 jersey till the end of this season.
