Official : Edward Ofere Set For FC Vestsjalland Departure
Published: May 30, 2014
Danish Superliga campaigners, FC Vestsjalland, has stated that the club will not extend the contract of Edward Ofere.
Recall that last December, the former Lecce striker penned a short term deal with FCV until the end of this season.
In his first four matches in the championship, the Nigeria international netted against Nordsjælland and Randers back in March.
However, injury limited his appearances in the month of April and May to just two starts while he came off the bench on three occasions.
28 - year - old Edward Ofere, who made his name at Malmo, is understood to be in the possession of a Swedish passport, and will escape the strict work permit requirements in most European Leagues.
