Notorious agent Emeka Ezeala is threatening to sue both his former client Olarenwaju Kayode and Maccabi Netanya if the Israeli club go ahead and sell the former Flying Eagles striker with Dudu Dahan acting as intermediary.
According to one.co.il, the Germany - based Nigerian agent, who managed Kayode until June, has written a letter to Maccabi Netanya threatening to take the player and club to the civil courts if Dahan is recognized as his agent.
Emeka Ezeala has demanded that Maccabi Netanya pay him commission on the total transfer fees if the former Heartland player terminates his contract to join an overseas club.
But a club insider has been quoted as saying by the Israeli website that Ezeala was wasting his time and money chasing shadows.
This website understands that Olarenwaju Kayode has been proposed to the big four teams in Belgium.
