Exclusive : Sivasspor Striker Macauley Chrisantus Rubbishes Anorthosis Famagusta Link
Published: January 10, 2015
Allnigeriasoccer.com understands that ex Golden Eaglets striker Macauley Chrisantus, 24, is likely to depart Turkish club Sivasspor in the January transfer window.
However, reports linking him with a switch to Cypriot First Division club Anorthosis Famagusta are wide of the mark, at the moment.
With the arrival of Michael Eneramo at Sivasspor, Macauley Chrisantus is aware that he will be pushed further down the pecking order of strikers, with the ex Esperance skipper expected to partner fellow Super Eagle John Utaka in attack.
Now, the former Hamburg forward is weighing up his options, and he has stated that he will severe ties with Sivasspor before teams conclude transfer market operations.
