Skipper Musa Mohammed Salvages A Draw For Nigeria

Skipper Musa Mohammed scored his third goal of the African Youth Championship to salvage a 2 - 2 draw for the Nigeria Under 20 national team in their final Group A fixture against Ivory Coast.
On two occasions, the Flying Eagles fought back from a goal down to level the scoreline, with midfielder Degbole Niangbo giving the Ivorians a lead after five minutes.
But Nigeria responded through Christian Pyagbara, only for Ivory Coast to restore their one - goal advantage in the 32nd minutes, six minutes after the Flying Eagles had leveled matters.
The Flying Eagles hit back through Musa Mohammed in the second half to clinch a draw, and maintain their unbeaten record after three matches at the tourney.
Hosts Senegal have also qualified for the Fifa Under 20s following their dramatic 4 - 3 win over Congo.
The results after the Group A fixtures means Nigeria top Group A with 7 points, followed by Senegal, who finished with 4 points, with Ivory Coast crashing out despite not losing a game.
