Official : Cardiff City Strike Terms With Arsenal For Semi Ajayi
Published: March 25, 2015
With a statement on its official website, arsenal.com, Arsenal has announced that it has reached an agreement with Championship side Cardiff City to loan out Anglo - Nigerian defender Semi Ajayi to The Bluebirds until the rest of this season.
The ex Flying Eagles stopper , 21, has failed to break into the first team of The Gunners since his transfer to The Emirates around two years ago.
Manager Arsene Wenger has decided it is best to send him out on loan to improve his chances of playing first team football before the end of this season.
Semi Ajayi trialed with Sunderland and Ipswich Town prior to completing his move to the Cardiff City Stadium.
Except Arsenal extend his contract in the next three months, his career with the Londoners is all but over.
