Official : Peter Odemwingie Signs One - Year Contract Extension With Stoke City

With a statement on its official webpage, English Premier League outfit Stoke City has announced that striker Peter Odemwingie has extended his collaboration with the club until the summer of 2016.
The Potters have retained the option of prolonging his contract beyond June 30, 2016 if he impresses during the 2015 - 2016 campaign.
“I’m very happy that the Club have shown me tremendous support after some very tough times,” Odemwingie said to stokecityfc.com.
“I’m happy that Stoke trust my ability in helping to improve and push the team on to greater things, so I’m delighted to still be a part of that.”
To date, the Nigeria national - teamer has scored 6 goals in the Premier League since his shift to Stoke City.
A product of Bendel Insurance, Odemwingie previously starred for West Brom and Cardiff City in England.
