Ex Aston Villa Striker Nathan Delfouneso Trying His Luck At Go Ahead Eagles

Former England youth international Nathan Delfouneso has started trials with Eerste Divisie side Go Ahead Eagles, with a view to a transfer this summer.
Today, Tuesday, manager Dennis Demmers will begin running the rule over the attacker at their training camp for the next five days before recommending to his superiors if he would be offered a deal.
Nathan Delfouneso spent the 2014 - 2015 campaign at Blackpool but was shown the exit door at the end of the season after the Lancashire side lost their top flight status.
The 24 - year - old is well - known for his stint at Aston Villa though he struggled for first team opportunities, and was farmed out on loan to Burnley, Leicester City and Coventry City.
Ex Nigeria netminder Peter Rufai represented Go Ahead Eagles during the 1993 - 1994 season.
