Similarities Of Sunday Oliseh Unveiling
Published: July 22, 2015
Sunday Oliseh might have been unveiled on Wednesday last week but there were some similarities worthy of notification as the case may be.
THE ICONIC NUMBER (15) SHIRT
Sunday Oliseh played for Nigeria between 1993-2002 putting on the Nigeria Super Eagles number 15 jersey.
He was also unveiled with the same number 15 jersey with Nigeria Football Federation President Amaju MELVIN Pinnick supporting beside him.
THE DAY
Incidentally the unveiling was done on the 15th of July.
THE YEAR
In the year 20(15).As we wonder what the similarity may bring may I remind you that the last person who wore the number 15 jersey of the Super Eagles was Ikechukwu Uche who moved to Mexico top division club Tigres this summer.
That may have defined his career with the Super Eagles.
No one really knows anyway. The former Getafe Man may return and shine with the number 15 shirt or may be move on at 31 years of age.
It remains to be seen who will wear Sunday Oliseh’s number 15 shirt especially under his tenure as Coach of the Super Eagles.
Such similarities may or may not be a coincidence but may just be a mark of the real Coach who will deliver a good result.
