ENGLISH CHAMPIONSHIP
Hope Akpan was not listed in match day squad while Anglo-Nigerian striker Nathan Delfouneso was substituted 12 minutes from time.
Derik Osede was also not listed in Bolton’s match day squad as Blackburn Rovers played out a goalless draw with Bolton Wanderers.
DUTCH EREDIVISE
Central midfielder Funso Ojo played 90minutes as his club Williem II lost 0-1 to NEC Nijmegen. He was booked in the 76th minute of the game.
BELGIUM-PRO LEAGUE
Onyinye Ndidi came off the bench at 15minutes for injured Bryan Heynen as his club Genk defeated Sporting Charleroi 2-0.
NORWAY-TIPPELIGAN
Akeem Latifu and Leke James were both in action for 90 minutes as Aalesund beat Valerenga 2-0.
Leke James was on target in the 12th minute of the game.
RUSSIAN PREMIER LEAGUE
Amkar Perm lost their fourth game of the season on Friday night 1 - 0 to Rostov at Stadion Olimp 2 .
Three Nigerians could have been named in the starting line - up but only Fegor Ogude made it, with Izunna Uzochukwu and Brian Idowu dropping to the bench.
Ogude was dismissed 13 minutes out of intermission, six minutes before new Super Eagles invitee Uzochukwu hopped off the bench.
