Uniao da Madeira Stopper Abdullahi Shehu Joins Super Eagles Camp

Only two invited players - skipper Vincent Enyeama and Godfrey Oboabona - were still being expected to arrive in Belgium as at Tuesday morning, 0800 hours, ahead of the national team’s international friendlies, the Nigeria Football Federation has announced through official sources.
The latest player to join the Super Eagles is União da Madeira defender Abdullahi Shehu, who arrived The Verviers Hotel last night to swell the number of players in camp to 16.
The ex Kano Pillars star will have his first workout with the national team on Belgium soil on Tuesday morning.
The friendly against DRC will kick off at 1900 hours on Thursday, October 8 while the clash with bitter rivals Cameroon is scheduled to start at 1800 hours three days later.
